Registration Fees in EUR:

 

 

 

​Deadlines:

  • Early Bird registration Fee: December 15, 2019

  • Regular Fee: December 16, 2020 and on site

  • Deadline for abstract Submission: January 19, 2020

  • Notification Letters sent to Authors: end of January 2020

  • Deadline for pre-registration: February 17, 2020

Delegate Registration Fees include:

  • Access to all Scientific Sessions

  • Access to Poster Exhibition

  • Access to Industry Exhibition

  • Certificate of attendance

  • Free copy of Congress programme and abstract book

  • Coffee breaks and Lunch

  • Heurigen Evening
    (Tickets for accompanying persons might be purchased during the registration process. Please note that a handling fee of EUR 50,- per accompanying person will be charged)

Payment of registration fees to be made in advance in EURO by:

  • Bank transfer
    The bank details are stated on the invoice you receive after you completed your registration.
    Payments are to be made free of charge to the beneficiary. Any bank charges will be collected on site.
    Clearly state the participant's name(s), matching the name(s) on the registration form, otherwise the payment cannot be allocated.

  • Credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard)

A letter of confirmation will be forwarded to you as soon as we have received full payment.

Important Note
The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has been credited to the congress account before the respective deadline (December 15, 2019). Registering before the deadline without performing an actual payment is not sufficient to benefit from the reduction. If the fee is not transferred to the congress bank account before the respective deadline expires, the fee will be changed to the next applicable fee automatically. Please note that the onsite registration fee applies for onsite payments of pre-registered participants.

Group Registration
To register several persons please fill in a registration form for each person. Incomplete registration forms cannot be processed.

 

Terms of Cancellation

Notice of cancellation has to be made in writing by email or fax to the Congress Office (please find our address under “Contact”).
The policy for refunding registration fees is as follows:

Written cancellation received:

  • before December 20, 2019: 50%

  • after December 20, 2019: no refund

The date of the email/fax ID is the basis for considering refunds. Refunds will be made after the congress.

 

​Late Payment
Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the congress account when the meeting starts.

 

To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a confirmation of transaction.
